A sober living residence provides a structured, alcohol- and drug-free environment for individuals committed to recovery. Participation is voluntary and program-based, with clear rules, accountability, and expectations designed to support a recovery-focused lifestyle.

No medical or clinical treatment is provided on-site.


No. This is not a treatment facility. No counseling, therapy, or medical services are provided on-site. Residents are expected to engage in their own recovery activities independently, such as outpatient treatment, peer support meetings, employment, or education.


No. Participation in the program does not create a landlord-tenant relationship. Bed occupancy is a conditional privilege tied to ongoing compliance with program rules and expectations.


Applicants must be committed to sobriety, willing to follow program rules, and able to participate in the structure and accountability required. Acceptance is based on screening, availability, and program fit.


Yes. A negative urine test is required prior to program entry. Ongoing participation includes regular and random substance testing. Alcohol, illegal drugs, and THC are strictly prohibited.


Yes. Participants are subject to routine and random urine testing as part of program accountability and safety.


Length of participation varies based on compliance with program rules and individual progress. Continued participation is contingent upon adherence to all program requirements.


Yes. Mandatory house and recovery-focused meetings are part of program participation. Attendance is required unless otherwise approved by management.


Yes. Participants must comply with established curfew and quiet-hour policies as outlined in the program rules.


Yes. Participants are expected to engage in approved daytime activities such as employment, job search, education, treatment, or recovery-related programming during designated weekday hours.


Visitors are permitted only in designated common areas during approved hours. Visitors are not allowed in bedrooms and must comply with all house rules. Management reserves the right to deny or revoke visitor privileges at any time.


Yes. Rooms, personal areas, and common spaces are subject to routine and random inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and program compliance.


Overnight or extended passes may be considered after a participant has completed a minimum period in the program and remains in good standing. Passes are privileges, not rights, and are granted at management discretion.


Program violations may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, write-ups, suspension, or discharge, depending on the severity of the violation and program safety considerations.


Yes. Serious violations involving substance use, safety concerns, or refusal to comply with program rules may result in immediate discharge.


Interested individuals must complete an application and screening process. Final approval is required prior to entry.
